Looks like a strike!

Looks like a strike!

On February 23rd, young professionals from all over Bismarck-Mandan stirred up some saucy chili, laced up their bowling shoes and joined in some friendly competition at the 5th annual Chill-N-Bowl at Midway Lanes – all for a great cause!

Bowlers celebrated success on the lanes.

The Chill-N-Bowl serves as an important fundraiser each year for the Bismarck-Mandan Young Professionals Network and for local charity. This year’s charity was the Special Olympics of Bismarck and Mandan. The event included a chili cook-off, silent auction and bowling tournament. Seventeen teams participated and, according to many, this was the best Chill-N-Bowl to date! With the help of Midway Lane’s owner Jim Mellon and his staff, the Special Olympics and everyone who participated, the event raised over $600 for the network and over $1,100 for the Special Olympics.

The network would like to thank everyone who helped set up, organize and manage the event.
