My experience has been great with the YPN. When I joined back I think in 2007-08 it was a very new network and the focus was getting the word out to increase membership. The focus over the years has included this aspect but also the much bigger picture is doing things in Bismarck -Mandan to make it a great place to live. Over the years my time to the network has changed with kids but I like that the leaders are also positive and never frown on not making every event…I wish I could because they are a lot of fun. Another great thing the YP does it builds friendships with people you normally would not run into in the community. I think showcasing all the professional relationships that have happened due the YPN is a great motivator to stay involved. I can only see a bright future for the YPN.
