What’s better than a float on a summer evening? Two floats!

Join the Young Professionals Network for Friday Floats at McDowell Dam Recreation Area. We’ll spend the evening enjoying the water, connecting with fellow young professionals, and making the most of a North Dakota summer.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the lake using a variety of watercraft, including paddleboats, paddle boards, canoes, and both single and tandem kayaks. Whether you’re an experienced paddler or trying it for the first time, this event is a great way to get outside and enjoy the outdoors with friends.

YPN will cover the cost of all boat rentals. Life jackets are required and must be worn while on the water.

After our time on the lake, we’ll wrap up the evening with snacks and ice cream floats—the perfect way to cool off after a summer adventure.
