How to Land the Job: Resume and Interview Review & Tips workshop is to help young professionals learn how to effectively write and present their resumes to potential employers. The main purpose of this event is to provide participants with the tools and knowledge they need to create a strong and compelling resume that showcases their skills, experiences, and achievements in a way that makes them stand out to hiring managers.

We will cover topics such as identifying the most important information to include on a resume, using keywords effectively, formatting a resume, and avoiding common mistakes. During this workshop, you will learn the steps to create a resume that effectively markets your skills and qualifications, increases your chances of getting noticed by hiring managers, and (hopefully) secures more interview opportunities. The Job Service Team will also assist in reviewing current resumes and provide interview tips and tricks as time allows.
