Matt from the Mandan Progress Organization will give us a detailed accounting of how Mandan started their lights in the park.

We will then tour the park, hear some stories and enjoy each others company. A beverage from Copper Dog will be provided. Optional socialization and networking after the event will be at Black Lions. Members are free. Guests are $7.
