We’re so excited for a day full of adventure, connection, and getting outside with a great crew. Medora is known for its stunning Badlands views, old western charm, and access to Theodore Roosevelt National Park—and we can’t wait to explore it all with you. Whether you’re coming for nature, the food, or just a change of pace, this is a unique way to do something fun and new while connecting with other young professionals. Members may bring one guest each, please RSVP by August 27!

Rough Itinerary for Saturday, September 6th:

Central Time:

8:30am – Everyone meets at the Chamber building. (1640 Burnt Boat Rd, Bismarck, ND 58503)
9:00am SHARP – We leave the parking lot on the road to Medora.

Mountain Time:

10:00am – Arrive at Medora.
10:00am – 12:00pm Hike or Scenic Drive.
12:00pm – 1:00pm Lunch at De Mores Packing Plant Ruins (YPN Provides Sack Lunches)
1:30pm – 3:00pm Teddy Roosevelt Library Tour (Tentative)
3:00pm – 5:30pm Free Time – please stay with a group!
5:30pm – Dinner On Your Own at the Food Trucks or Shops
6:45pm – Meet at De Mores Packing Plant Ruins, Leave for Sunset Lookout Point (Painted Canyon Overlook) + head back to Bismarck

Please note that Bismarck-Mandan Young Professionals Network is not
responsible for providing transportation to or from the event.
However, as a courtesy, we will be facilitating informal carpool
coordination among attendees. Participation in any carpool arrangement
is entirely voluntary and at the discretion of individual
participants. By choosing to carpool, attendees acknowledge that

or liability for any aspect of transportation, including but not
limited to travel arrangements, vehicle safety, or incidents that may
occur en route.

If you choose to join a carpool, please be prepared to discuss and
contribute fairly to the cost of gas with your driver. Arrangements
for cost-sharing should be made directly between carpool participants.
