TSH – Winter White Party

The Winter White Party is the 2nd annual fundraiser for Tracy’s Sanctuary House! This is their main fundraiser for the year and they need our help to ensure it’s a success! Come dressed in your favorite white attire. The night will include light hors d’oeuvres, live music and a silent auction.
Please sign up for one (or more!) of the options below. We would like to give TSH a head count of volunteers by January 5, 2018.

Setup @12:30pm -1:30pm ND Heritage Center – 6-8 volunteers
These volunteers will not receive a free tickets unless they volunteer for the night as well.
At the Event -To be eligible for a free ticket volunteers must sign up for at least 2 hours of volunteering. These volunteers wear their winter white attire 🙂
Silent Auction Set Up 4:00-5:30 @ ND Heritage Center – 4 volunteers
(these volunteers can bring their clothes to get ready at the event in the bathroom)
Door Greeters @ 5:45 pm – 7pm – 4 volunteers
Coat Check/Bathroom Greeters/Photo Booth @ 5:45pm-7:00pm – 2 volunteers
Selling Raffle Ticket Volunteers – 6pm-8pm 4 volunteers
Silent Auction Volunteers – @ 6:00pm-8:30pm 4 volunteers
Tear Down @ 8:30pm – 10 volunteers
