Director of Risk Management (#24909)

The Director of Risk Management will be responsible for all aspects of enterprise risk management, regulatory, fidelity bond and other insurance, policy, compliance, and security. Responsibilities include application and compliance with established Credit Union operating policies and procedures and applicable laws and regulations, administers all compliance functions, including training programs and marketing material reviews, while serving as a resource to management and staff; participating in the planning and implementation of departmental and strategic goals; providing overall strategic leadership for the risk management function while

Qualifications

This position requires bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Law, or Business Administration or related degree and three to five years of related financial institution experience preferred. Ability to make good decisions. Good oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and computer skills required, with a strong desire towards detail and accuracy. If you are highly motivated, goal oriented and a self-starter, this position is for you!
