What does the committee feel he contributes to YPN? (Statement by Team Co-leads)
Jamie brings a positive can-do attitude and great personality filled with humor to any event he attends. This is especially important for the Service Team as we volunteer often and conditions aren’t always optimal. We sincerely appreciate the effort of all volunteers but even more so when they enhance the rewarding Service experience!
Why do you feel it’s important to be part of the network? Engagement within the community whether it be social, civic, or service oriented is very important to me. The YPN provides those opportunities in spades and I love that we have such a strong organization here in the area. The network provides its members with the opportunity to be as involved as they would like to be. I especially feel that it is important to give back to our community and that’s why I initially chose to be on the service team and through that team I (and the network as a whole) have enjoyed numerous opportunities to leave a positive mark where we live, work, and play!
