Jeff Glas, a Grand Forks native, is a new member to the Bismarck-Mandan Young Professionals Network. Jeff feels it is important for young professionals to consistently learn, grow and be challenged by their colleagues and other successful influencers in the community. He believes everyone has something to bring to the table and the Network is a great facilitator for that.
“As a new member to the Network, Jeff has great insight and is eager to learn and help out where needed”, says Chance Schmidt, Entrepreneur Team Co-lead. “He is well-connected and is willing to utilize his connection to help the YPN succeed. We appreciate his dedication and persistence to the team and look forward to seeing what he’ll continue to bring to the table.”
Do what’s right, do your best, and treat others how you want to be treated – Lou Holtz. Jeff’s advice to other young professionals is reinforced by this line. He states, “Know your core values. These values will serve you well in both your personal and professional lives. We operate in ever-evolving times where things like goals, responsibilities, and careers will continually change. Our core values should be the one constant to provide guidance during changing and uncertain times.”
Jeff’s values shine through in his work with Wells Fargo’s annual United Way campaigns. He believes that his involvement is important as the local United Way makes such an impact on the Bismarck-Mandan Community.
Jeff works as a Business Banking Manager at Wells Fargo Bank. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife Elisabeth and taking his two-year-old daughter Stella to dance class every week.
