“How do you see the YPN evolving
in the next 5 years?”

“Being a member of the PD team, I have had the opportunity to experience firsthand how the Network has grown! I see the Network continuing to increase as our leaders continue to work on ways to recruit and instill excitement. I also see our Network continuing to grow in diversity as our state and local economy thrive. Incorporating new members from diverse backgrounds will be a great opportunity to expand and enhance the Network and its mission. This year, I joined the Strategic Planning Committee and feel excited to be part of a group dedicated to shaping the Network in a positive way.”

“Over the next five years, I see the Young Professionals Network continuing to grow in membership, as well as programming and events, with the help of the Network’s membership. I see Network members developing new, creative ideas to foster member and community engagement, and become an active voice throughout Bismarck-Mandan. The Network will be the one organization in Bismarck-Mandan that will know exactly what attracts and retains young professionals to our community. This knowledge will be critical for the business community as the area continues to prosper, and more young professionals begin their careers around the area.”
